DESCRIPTION:Improving your English while building connections and resolving conflicts\n\nMo-Fr\, 08.03.-12.03.    09-15  (5 TT / 30 UStd)\n\nYou are invited to participate in this intensive week together if you wish to learn how to communicate in a non-violent way\, using examples of your personal and work life and if you want to start integrating it into you daily communication routines. 

During this time\, you will lay the foundations for respectful interaction with colleagues and superiors and expand your skills in dealing with challenging situations. You will gain valuable insights for your personal development and how to (better) work together at the workplace.

During this training programme\, we will learn and practice the fundamental approach of NVC and its four steps\, and also go into more depth.

Examples of contents to be covered


 The basics of nonviolent communication
 What exactly are you hearing?
 Applying NVC to specific situations in your everyday (working) life
 Making dialogues constructive and co-creative

For this course\, your level of English needs to be at least B2.

Experience with non-violent communication is helpful\, but by no means a prerequisite.
